There's a dragon on my lap.

I will put up a better picture once it's light out, since I finished this beauty at about 11 o'clock in the evening, haha.

He has yet to be named, but is a present for my boyfriend. He is based upon the Frost Dragon Hatchlings in a game called Tibia. While not a game I myself have played, I fell in love at the fact that, when you engage one of these Hatchlings, they say 'Fchuu?', and my boyfriend and I have since started using it in conversation.

He has been one of the greatest amis that I've made for a while now. I enjoyed making him so much, and every piece just made me squeel after I finished it.

He is approximately 50 cm long, from the tip of his snout to the tip of his tail. His wings contain a wire support and make them fully posable (i.e they can be folded/tucked away like real dragons!).

His pattern can be found on Ravelry, under 'Fierce Little Dragon', however his wings are a heavily modified version of this pattern: [link] since I thought the spindlier wings suited him a lot more. :3

Made with cyan acrylic wool (a bit of light bluey/green wool for the spines), 9mm safety eyes, and lots of tender, loving care. Approximate craft time: 6 hours.
